"Just walk away... just walk away"

I talked with all the moving people today; my company hires a company to coordinate the move and they hire a company to find me permanent housing, another to find me temporary housing, and another to pack us.
Packing will be interesting because we have to pack suitcases with our essentials for a few weeks then just walk away. Nothing is insured if we pack it ourselves. This is torture for someone like Kelly who likes to control everything; someone like me who enjoys easiness over control, I love everything about that idea.
We’re going out to The AV to find housing next week (23-27 Aug). jetBlue has the best options to go into Burbank, but getting back to Rochester or Syracuse requires a redeye and a long layover in JFK. So it’s going to be really easy to visit us, and really hard to leave for more reasons than our winning personalities and hospitality.
We’ll keep everyone updated as we get information.
After packing up my kitchen and then unpacking much of it I think I would be okay with them packing my house, clearly you can pack the things you do not want others to see or touch. I have to say I do not mind unpacking, it is moving all the stuff that irritates me.

So can anyone suggest a good website to enter flight info into so that I know when deals to Burbank are the best that I can get. I once heard someone say they got emails about deals to North Carolina every month or so.....suggestions?

That is really rough having to pack everything away, all of your most personal and valued possesions, and let someone else take care of them for a week or two. I don't know if I could do it. It is really nice that your company provides the service though; moving can be a rather pricey affair!
