Last Week in NY
I have one week until I start in California. I had a great weekend if you don't count forgetting that I had plans with Adrienne and Tammy. I blew them off for Grandma Shannon, so maybe they'll forgive me. We'll have to figure something out this week.
Most of the 'goodbyes' are done. It's going to be hard to go, but go we will. And this move is going to prove to be the smartest thing we could do because we're determined to MAKE it be the smartest thing we could do.

Well, I'm afraid we took the opportunity to go shopping and hang out at my house eating pasta, so we weren't suffering.

Eiko: We can remember what we were thinking of, about and how. We are sometimes surprised to find so much of what we do now has started long ago. We did not become wiser or better with age. That is a sort of myth. Instead we see more continuity in what we have done and what we are doing now.
